After-Hours Stock Movers:
ACELYRIN Inc (NASDAQ:) (Nasdaq: SLRN) 62% LOWER; announced top-line results from Part B of a Phase 2b/3 trial evaluating izokibep for the treatment of moderate-to-severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). The primary endpoint of HiSCR75 at week 16 did not meet statistical significance. However, response rates for izokibep showed early HiSCR100 responses, a clear dose-effect supported by both pharmacokinetic exposures and HiSCR responses favoring 160mg weekly dosing, and no evidence of safety or tolerability limitation.
Sight Sciences Inc (NASDAQ:) 25% LOWER; The company expects third quarter 2023 total revenue to be in the range of $19.0 million to $20.0M, versus the consensus of $26.3M.
EZGO Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ:) 15% LOWER; announced that the previously announced registered direct offering to issue 8,849,558 Ordinary Shares and warrants to purchase 8,849,558 Ordinary Shares to certain institutional investors was terminated, except for the sale of 351,433 pre-settlement Ordinary Shares which were sold at the price of $1.13 per share to an investor.
Oracle (NYSE:) 9% LOWER; Q1 EPS of $1.19, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.44B. Provided Q2 guidance on its call.
AerCap Holdings NV (NYSE:) 3% LOWER; announced that GE Capital US Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric Company (NYSE:), is offering 32,400,000 ordinary shares of AerCap through an underwritten public offering.
ONE Gas, Inc. (NYSE:) 1% LOWER; announced today that it plans to make a public offering of 1,200,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, ONE Gas intends to enter into a forward sale agreement with Bank of America, N.A., referred to in such capacity as the forward purchaser.
