You’ll soon be able to watch Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster film Oppenheimer — plus over three hours of bonus features — from the comfort of your own home.

Four months after its theatrical premiere on July 21, Oppenheimer has finally set a digital release date for November 21, 2023. The R-rated film has already surpassed $940 million at the global box office.

The 4K Blu-ray DVD can be purchased from physical storefronts like Amazon
AMZN
, Best Buy,

. Oppenheimer will also be able to stream on platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Vudu, Xfinity, YouTube, Microsoft
MSFT
and Verizon, according to Variety.

The film’s producer Emma Thomas hinted to the Associated Press last month that Oppenheimer won’t be available to be streamed at home until “late November.” This amounts to 16 weeks of theatrical playtime, which is outside the recent industry standard of 45 days (or six weeks).

Oppenheimer continued to play exclusively in theaters into the fall. “After nine weeks in theaters, 11 of the 25 screens capable of projecting the coveted IMAX 70mm prints continued to play the film on some of the busiest screens,” according to AP. This included the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles and the AMC Lincoln Square in New York.

“The reason we’re still in those theaters is because the audience is demanding it,” Thomas, who is married to Nolan, said of the film’s ongoing success in theaters. “This is not something that we can impose — I wish we could, but it’s genuine.”

The three-hour biopic tells the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer (Cillian Murphy), a talented physicist who spearheaded the Manhattan Project, which ultimately lead to the creation of the atomic bomb used in World War II against Japan. Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, and Robert Downey Jr. also star in the action-packed film.

Oppenheimer is Nolan’s third highest-grossing film behind the Dark Knight sequels. It also marks the third biggest film of the year behind Barbie and The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

The film is also a major Oscar contender; it’s on track to earn more than a dozen nominations this season, including best picture, director, lead actor, supporting actor, supporting actress, adapted screenplay, production design, cinematography, editing, sound, visual effects and score in play.
