As is often the case, Taylor Swift maintains an impressive presence on the Billboard 200 chart this time around. The weekly ranking lists the most-consumed albums and EPs in America, and more often than not, the singer-songwriter claims more spaces than any other act. This frame, she fills plenty of spots on the 200-rung roster, with one of her recent releases reaching a special milestone.
Swift’s Red (Taylor’s Version) celebrates 100 weeks spent on the Billboard 200 as of this frame. The title, the re-recorded edition of her album Red, is still performing incredibly well for a title that’s been on the tally for as long as it has.
This turn, Red (Taylor’s Version) dips slightly, but it doesn’t fall very far. The blockbuster release declines to No. 23 from No. 21, pushed down, in part, by Drake’s new No. 1, For All The Dogs. This week, the re-recording moved another 23,334 equivalent units, according to Luminate.
Red (Taylor’s Version) is Swift’s eleventh album to rack up at least 100 weeks on the Billboard 200. For the moment, her longest-charting success on the tally is 1989. That title, which is about to be re-released as a re-recording as well, is up to 461 weeks spent on the list.
Swift occupies nine spots on the Billboard 200 this week. Impressively, all of her charting albums are present inside the upper half of the list, and all but one of her collections are found inside the top 40. She claims the second-most spaces on the tally this frame, coming in behind only Drake. Thanks in part to his newest No. 1, the Canadian rapper owns 10 spots on the chart.
