CNN’s Manu Raju confronts Rep. Cuellar over bribery charges

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), who has been indicted on federal charges for $600,000 in alleged bribes, tells CNN’s Manu Raju he will not resign as three individuals, including two of his aides, pleaded guilty for allegedly funneling bribes to him.
