Celebrate New Year’s in style at Chef Daniel Boulud’s midtown eatery, which will host an earlier New Year’s Eve Pre-Gala ($225 per person) followed by a Gala ($695 per person). The first seating features a 3-course menu with options like their signature Huitre Vanderbilt, John’s River oysters with a hazelnut and parsley-seaweed crust; Bar Groseille, cedar-baked black bass with roasted fennel, gooseberries, and fig leaf vierge; Saint Jacques Poivre, New England sea scallops baked in the shell, served with sautéed cuttlefish, crispy pork belly, and piperade verte; and desserts like Châtaigne Poire, a rum-infused savarin with chestnut cream and pear compote.
