This year’s Call Of Duty will be Modern Warfare III, a direct sequel to 2022’s Modern Warfare II.
This comes as no surprise. Months of leaks and rumors have pointed to this being the case. This year’s entry in the long-running first-person shooter series comes via Sledgehammer Games and will tie-in directly to Modern Warfare II and Warzone, including at least guns and Operators transferring to the new game.
According to early reports, 2023’s Call Of Duty was originally planned as an expansion to Modern Warfare II with a break planned until 2024’s release.

Modern Warfare III comes out on November 10th, 2023 on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. A new Warzone map is rumored to release alongside the game this time set in Mexico.
