Anheuser-Busch had a tough 2023. Their brand took a hit, the stock price went down and there was considerable angst in St. Louis. But, you don’t get to be the top selling beer brand in American without learning a couple of plays.
What’s more American than the Super Bowl? What about the Super Bowl plus Zach Bryan, one of Country Music’s fastest rising stars? Tickets will only be $20 plus fees. Country Music and Bud Light have been joined at the hip all year. You couldn’t miss their signage all over the field at Stagecoach this Spring. Now, the Bud Light Backyard Tour has announced an underplay at on February 9, 2024 during Super Bowl week 2024 at The Chelsea. This room is a 3,000 person space inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas strip.
Zach Bryan, a Grammy nominated singer/songwriter will kick off the Backyard Tour by playing this room, a fraction of the size Bryan usually plays. The Chelsea is essentially a dance floor with additional seats at the back of the room and in a mezzanine above. Fun fact: The Chelsea is on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan, and the room is constructed in such a way that there is some bounce to the floor once the fans start dancing. It’s a low key bounce house with terrific sound and sightlines. Anyone who gets into this concert will likely consider a highlight for years to come.
There is only one way to get into the Zach Bryan event: preregister on budlightbackyard.com. Preregistration is open now, with tickets going on sale tomorrow, November 16th, at 3pm Eastern Standard Time /noon Pacific Standard Time. Demand will be extremely high. Zach Bryan is extremely popular. His rise has been spectacular over the past two years. He’s very interested in protecting his fans, keeping prices low, and struggling to find ways to prevent tickets from being resold. Anyone who gets a ticket to the show at The Chelsea should plan to go. It’s highly unlikely tickets will be transferable.
Bryan is known for putting on a terrific show. He’s developing a catalogue of popular songs, and has a performance style which both engages and enhances the crowd. Each person there entered the room in their small pod, but they leave collectively having shared the experience of the crowd merging into a single fandom of the performance on stage.
There are few unshakeable truths left in America. They are the love of Mom, Apple Pie, Football, Beer and Country Music. Register for this Super Bowl week event, obtain a code, and if you are lucky enough to get tickets, invite Mom. Buy her a beer. She’ll handle the apple pie, and you’ll have completed all the squares in the game of American icons.
