Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champ Patrick Mahomes is trying again to find a buyer for his Kansas City, MO, penthouse.
The asking price is $550,000, a 13% increase on the pad’s $485,000 price tag back in 2019. Unable to match his on-field success four years ago, Mahomes is taking another crack at selling his 1,800-square-foot starter home.
With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the swanky condo is the perfect place for a young Chief to kick off his real estate journey.
The apartment comes with three decks, including one on the rooftop—it’s the only unit in the complex with one of those.
Both the living room and primary bedroom feature fireplaces for those cold, Midwest winters. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows usher in light and views of the city below.
Plus, there’s a private, two-car garage with built-in storage space.
Mahomes is looking to consolidate his sizable real estate portfolio by dispensing with the smaller properties. He recently sold his suburban K.C. home—complete with massive sneaker closet—for $1.8 million, after putting the property on the market for $2.9 million in June.
The sales follow his recent move into a custom dream home in Missouri, with its own 50-yard football field.
Mahomes is now entering his seventh year with the Chiefs and his sixth as their all-important QB1.
A version of this story was published on Realtor.com, a real estate and rentals site. In addition to homes for sale, you can find rentals like Scottsdale apartments, Austin apartments, Tampa apartments and more.
