That was fast!
Rihanna, the one-name songbird and founder of the wildly successful company Fenty Beauty, has sold her Tudor home in Beverly Hills, CA, for $10,295,000 in just over a month’s time.
And, according to a report from Dirt, RiRi sold this property to the Hollywood agent Tracey Jacobs. (She repped Johnny Depp for years.)
Still, it’s unlikely the billionaire businesswoman, whose given name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, is bothered by the discounted sale. Here’s a look inside the 1930s home.
In addition to the four-bedroom, five-bath main house, there’s a pool, patio, and basketball half-court. The property sits behind gates at the end of a long driveway.
The Tudor measures 5,100 square feet and is warm and inviting, with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room and a large island and breakfast nook in the slate-blue kitchen. The primary bedroom is upstairs and comes with a fireplace, private balcony, and dreamy spa bath.
Mature trees dot the half-acre lot, which also includes a vegetable garden, poolside cabana, and fire pit. There’s also a guesthouse, which includes a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and office.
Rihanna still owns a property next door, which she purchased in 2020 for $13.7 million. The megawatt entrepreneur, who performed in the Super Bowl halftime show in February, is expecting her second child later this year.
