Boise Cascade declared a $5 special dividend, a larger payout than the company’s similar dividends in recent years.
The company, a maker of engineered wood products and plywood and wholesale distributor of building products, also declared a regular 20-cent dividend. In July, it increased the regular dividend from 15 cents.
The latest dividends will be paid Dec. 15 to stockholders of record Dec. 1.
The company declared special dividends of $3 in May 2023 and $1 in October 2022.
Shares were up 0.8% after hours to $91.54.
