Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today on Danimer Scientific’s 2024 Third Quarter Earnings Call.

On today’s call, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Rich Altice; and Chief Financial Officer, Mike Hajost will provide information about our third quarter performance and expectations for the remainder of the year.
