Iran hanged four individuals early Monday morning on security charges that included “collaborating with Mossad”, Israel’s spy agency.

The executed individuals were from the Kurdish ethnic minority. They were identified as Mohsen Mazloum, Mohammad Faramarzi, Vafa Azarbar, and Pejman Fathi by the Mizan news agency, which is affiliated with Iran’s judiciary.

They were also alleged to have been involved in attempting to sabotage an industrial unit in Isfahan, although details were not provided by Mizan.
